It’s never too early to think about the spring! The Fine Arts Department (Band, Chorus, Drama) is planning a combined fundraiser this April – Giant Size Candy Land and Mini Golf. We need a team of 6 volunteers to reach out to local businesses asking them to sponsor the event. This is all pre-event volunteering and packets with information will be provided to you. You will be teamed up with parent volunteers from Chorus and Drama. Please reply please email email@example.com to volunteer or if you have any questions about this event. Thank you!

Adult volunteers get entered in a $50 RESTAURANT drawing for each full shift.

Some great news for our volunteers:
Anyone that volunteers for a shift will get into the show for free
Volunteers that work for a total of 6 hours will get to eat for free- anything from the menu!
For alumni parents: Reading performs at approximately 6:55pm- we would love for you to cover a shift that would allow us to run to the field! If you know you are going to be there, but don’t want to sign up for a whole shift- just send me an email. We appreciate any time you can spare!
Marching Band and Color Guard User Fees are now due User Fee and eSchool information. Please get your payment in before Saturday’s event. Stop by the Athletics and Student Activities office if you have any questions.
Do you have a favorite business – Local or Not? Ask them to become a RMHS Band Corporate Sponsor for the 2015-16 school year. The business will have an ad in our Home Show Program Book and other BPO publications and a clickable link for their business on the RMHS-BPO website. Download our Corporate Sponsorship form and share it with potential sponsors.
We have additional marketing opportunities for any business donating more than $250.
The first RMHS BPO meeting of the school year is on Tuesday, August 18th at 7 pm in the Band Room. Information about this year’s show, upcoming events and your questions or concerns will be addressed. A typical meeting is approximately one hour. We hope to see you there!
